  Hello Mike, Just so you know this is done to prevent the massive theft that goes on in stores with such a customer comes first policy . People will literally come in , steal a bunch of product and then return it for credit. Since they offer a 100 % guarantee they must honor the return even if they know for a fact you stole it. Bath and Body Works is not monitoring to see who excessively returns items to keep people WHO STEAL, not want to come in and return items because its being monitored.
