He charged me (at an overpriced rate) for something I didn't even ask for and could have easily done myself for free in a matter of a minute. After hearing my complaint/confrontation, he would not even remove the charge and then even had to run my credit card twice since he entered the wrong price. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off by a Jerk owner.
