  At first they treat you as if you're the only customer they have to cater to but wait a few months. Price increases, supplies are not stocked when they should be. I've been out of trashcan liners and paper towels since last week. After a few angry e-mails and phone calls I was promised I would have them first thing this morning. Well its 3pm and I highly doubt they will be here. I've seen the Cintas truck pass by twice on our street. They must be delivering to the new customers who they are still trying to impress. I might as well order higher quality supplies from somewhere else every month, pay shipping, and it wont cost an arm and a leg like Cintas supplies.

  This company is by far the worst, from top to bottom and around all sides, that I have ever used for my small business. Do not sign anything with this company for any service. Questionable billing practices, overstocking, service misrepresentation are just a few of the things you can expect from CINTAS. Do your homework. You will pay half and get better service from any one else.
