  New manager refused to honor coupon. I had used the 20% off on the same item in San Bernardino just 6 months ago. Then he refused the coupon on the next customer. AVOID this Harbor Freight!, go to one with a fair manager..

  HORRIBLE!! I wish I could a negative ZERO because I've never seen or met such LAZY people in my life!!! They seem irritated when you ask a question. I asked the girl in the front by a cashier if someone can help me - I stood in the aisle for quite some time and finally flagged a guy down. These guys don't even go out of their way to help you. They all seem depressed and cranky. Though the store was neat and organized, this is by far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
