  Stater Bros. on Iowa, Riverside is a very clean establishment. The Managers there are always happy to asisst there customers. I like the way how everyself is faced forward. The Vegetable Dept and Meat Dept are always up to par. Thank You Staters Bros. your doing a "GREAT JOB".

  A passable grocery store located in a very seedy area, but is the only one reasonably close to UCR and the University neighborhood. In my experience the produce and other 'fresh' things tend to be low quality, but boxed items are the same as you find in any store. The register lines are horrendous! There is no way to visit this place quickly because they never have enough lanes open and they are very slow at moving people through. Watch out for the parking lot, since Kmart closed the homeless population in the area has only gotten worsr.

  I frequent this store, and overall it is decent. They do have good quality meats, and I can usually find a good deal on beer. But other things are generally a bit more expensive than you will find elsewhere. The biggest issue is that there are always unpleasant types of people roaming the parking lot, and that they are also terrible at managing the length of their lines.
