  This location has been busy every time I have stooped in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tonight was crazy due to last minute holiday shoppers. I waited about an hour before I was helped. The three employees were working their buts off. When I did get my name called, the young man who helped me exceeded my expectation by providing me with great customer service.

  Been a T-Mobile customer for fifteen years and the horrible customer service here was almost enough to get me to quit. Luckily the phone customer service center made up for their ignorance and I only use other stores. My review is not on T-Mobile service as I LOVE them. This is for THIS LOCATION only. Horrible attitudes on the people working here.
