  The sales staff there is just okay-mediocre! The sales representatives rely solely on the years that the store has been opened -1945. They are kind of rude, or at least speak to you in a demeaning way. They are lucky to have received our money, because we needed a stove and already knew which one we wanted. We researched the internet and did competitive shopping. The only reason we purchased there is because we live 5 minutes away and we needed the stove before Christmas since ours went out. Apart from that, I think we would have chose and will choose another place to buy our products. Too bad for them, because we own our own company and design firm and always looking for a good place for appliances. They need to speak to their customers less demeaning and be more polite. A Riverside resident in the wood streets.
